The Sim that was cheated on will not get the divorced moodlet. Sims involved in an affair can be convinced to leave their spouse, which immediately divorces the Sim from their spouse. Put the married sim as flirty (if this is about Sims 4) and they’ll quickly accept all forms of flirt interactions.
